The Man That I Love

Gina: that I'm a teen

I eat

five dozen eggs

So I'm roughly

as strong

as Papa was

Villager men: No...one...

Shoots like Gina

Makes those beauts

like Gina

LeFou as Gina walked over to her trophies: Then goes tromping around

wearing boots like Gina

Gina as she sat down: Like my Papa

I use antlers

in all of my decorating

Villagers as they raised their mugs into the air: My, what a gal

Gina!

"Gina, there's something I've been meaning to tell you." LaFou nervously told the raven haired teen after he walked over to her. "What is it?" Gina curiously asked the little man causing him to sigh. "It's about the night your Papa died." LaFou then told the teen causing her to look at him curiously before LaFou told her what he believed happened to Gaston all those years ago.

+Cellar, Maurice's Cottage+

"So, has Rice showed you the entire village?" Maurice asked Rose as he, the princess and his grandson stood around Maurice's newest invention after the inventor happily showed it to his grandson and Rose.

"Yes, sir. It's a beautiful little town. I've enjoyed my visit so far but I still don't understand why Miss. Gina stopped us on the way here." Rose told Maurice causing the older man and Rice to sigh.

"Gina is the daughter of the town's former hunter Gaston. Ever since Rice began visiting the town as a child, Gina has told anyone who would listen that she would marry him and be his princess. And so everytime Rice visits, Gina tries to get him to go to the local tavern where her Mama and her aunts work along with her Uncle LaFou who used to work for Gaston." Maurice explained to Rose causing the violet teen to look worringly at her true love causing Rice to smile reassuringly at her.

"Don't worry, Rose. You are my true love and no one will ever change that." Rice told his beloved causing Rose to smile as she gently held Rice's hand causing the prince to smile just before arrows lit with fire flew into the workshop and then hit the ground below causing smoke to fill the room as arrows continued to fly into the room and set everything on fire while Rice, Rose and Maurice quickly ran out of the cellar and straight to the small river where they quickly grabbed some buckets, filled them with water and then began to put the fire out as Rice began to get mad as fur began to sprout on his arms and face.

"Why would someone do this?" Rose worringly asked Maurice as soon as the fire was out while Rice tried to calm down. "I don't know. Most of the villagers like me but others do not. The other villagers like LaFou blame me and Belle for Gaston's death." Maurice sadly told Rose knowing that his newest invention and his other inventions were now ruined.

"Grandpapa, it isn't your fault that Gaston is dead and it isn't the fault of Mama or Papa either. It was his own selfish act that cause his death. Perhaps this is a sign that you should move into the castle with Mama, Papa, myself and Grandmama Angela." Rice told his Grandpapa as the fur on his face and arms disappeared while Maurice blushed causing Rose to look curiously at Rice who grinned.

"Grandmama Angela is Grandpapa Maurice's wife and Uncle Chip's Mama. Ever since they were married, Grandmama Angela has asked Grandpapa Maurice to move into the castle and everytime she asks, Grandpapa Maurice always tells her 'no' because he wants to continued making his inventions but now that this has happened, I believe Grandpapa should reconsider." Rice explained to Rose as he walked over to her and then gently held her hand as the violet eyed teen nodded.

"Rice and Mrs. Potts are right. What if one of those arrows had hit you. You would have died and there would have been nothing Rice or I could have done to save you." Rose softly told Maurice causing the older man to sigh. "You are right, Princess Rose. Prehaps it is time for me to move into the castle." Maurice told the princess causing both her and Rice to smile before Rice looked curiously at the cellar as soon as Maurice walked into the cottage to pack his belongings.

"Rice, what's the matter?" Rose worringly asked the brown haired prince causing him to sigh. "There is only one person in the village that could have done this. She's the village's best archer and has a grudge against my family." Rice told his beloved causing her to gasp. "Rice, you don't think Gina could have done this, do you?" Rose asked her beloved in shock. "She's the only one in the village that is good at archery and I've seen her use fire arrows when we were younger. Rose, she could have killed not only Grandpapa Maurice but you as well." Rice worringly told Rose just as fur began to appear on his face and arms once more causing his hands to turn into paws.

"Rice, I'm well and so is your Grandfather." Rose told Rice who was still angry at what he believed Gina had done. "Oh Rice, please calm down." Rose worringly told her beloved as she gently took one of his paws into her hands before she began to sing the song she had sung when she and Rice first met.

Rose as she tried to get Rice to dance with her: I know you

Rose as she twirled around Rice causing him to smile: But if I know you
