+With Thomas and Biyomon+

"I know the treasure's limitless. But I'm not crazy about a forty-way split." Biyomon told Thomas as the former King of Thieves walked up a set of stairs that led into the hideout. "If it was just, uh, you and me..." Biyomon asked Thomas who was looking at the staff in his hands. "I would never cut my men out of the deal. They're my family." Thomas angerly told Biyomon. "My only family." Thomas then sadly told the bird. "I can always count on them." Thomas then told Biyomon before he walked into the lair.

+Lair of the remaining Forty Thieves+

"I'm home!" Thomas yelled as soon as he walked into the lair causing the remaining forty thieves to point their weapons at a now shocked Thomas as they walked out of the shadows causing Biyomon to gasp in shock. "Why don't they look happy to see you?" Biyomon nervously asked Thomas. "We are. We're thrilled." Joker told Thomas and Biyomon after he walked out from behind the remaining thieves and then pointed his knife at Thomas and Biyomon.

+On a boat in the sea+

As the stars shined in the sky above, Biyomon struggled as he tried to free himself from the ropes that trapped him and Thomas to the ship's mast.

"Hurry, little friend." Thomas whispered to Biyomon knowing that if Biyomon got free then he would be able to find help. "I'm wriggling, I'm wriggling." Biyomon whispered to Thomas as Joker looked out at the sea from the front of the ship.

"I am growing impatient, Thomas." Joker angerly asked Thomas before he turned around. "Ask the question." Joker ordered Thomas as Killer Croc walked over to Thomas and then showed him the staff. "We must be, uh..." Thomas nervously told the thieves as Biyomon got one of his wings free. "Just a little further." Biyomon whispered to Thomas as he got his other wing free.

"Further out to sea." Thomas told the group causing Joker to get even madder. "No! Ask it now!" Joker ordered Thomas.

"Now's good." Biyomon told Thomas as he just about got himself free.

"Where can we find the Hand of Zeus?" Thomas asked the staff causing it to glow causing Zatanna to appear in front of the boat just as Biyomon freed himself and then flew back to Gotham.

"The Vanishing Isle will appear at dawn. I will show you...the way!" Zatanna told the thieves and Thomas before she turned into a ball of light and then flew into the horizon.

"There's your setting...captain." Thomas angerly told Joker as the boat began to float toward the light.

+Balcony outside of the throne room, The palace, Gotham+

Sultanna Tohma glared at Peter before he turned to away from the former street rat and then looked over the balcony.

"Frankly, my boy, your actions were most disappointing." Sultanna Tohma told Peter as he turned to face the former street rat. "It is tragic, your highness...but this street rat has obviously followed...in his father's footsteps. Peter is a criminal." Bullock told the group as a sadden Prince Alex stood next to his fiance and then glared at Bullock as Peter looked down sadly just as Sunny appeared next to Peter dressed as a lawyer.

"I object, Your Honor!" Sunny told the sultanna as he used his magic to make a judge's bench appear in front of the sultanna and then make a judge's gravel appear in Sultanna Tohma's hand just as Bullock's clothes changed into a Bailiff's outfit.

"I object to theat outrageous statement." Sunny told the sultanna after he flew over to him. "And I object to a tertiary charactor having any lines during my big courtroom scene." Sunny told Bullock as he made a bag appear. "Here, take this to a higher court. Ciao!" Sunny told Bullock as he handed the case to the captain causing Bullock to blast off into the night sky as Sunny flew over to Peter.

"Your Honor, If I may enter a plea of insanity...because I'm crazy about this kid!" Sunny asked and then happily told the sultanna as he began to laugh as he ruffled Peter's hair causing Peter to gently bat Sunny's hand away from his hair. "Sunny! I can handle this myself." Peter told the genie before he walked over to the sultanna just as the judge's bench and gravel disappeared.

"Sultanna, I convinced my dad to come here.  It was my fault. I would've been better off if I had never known him." Peter sighed sadly causing Prince Alex, Sunny and the sultanna to look sadly at Peter.

"Peter, you found your father...a father who risked his freedom to see your wedding." Prince Alex softly told his fiance as he walked over to Peter and then wrapped his arms around Peter's right arm. "And you risked everything to help him...just as I would for my mother." Prince Alex then softly told Peter causing the former street rat to smile as the prince gently touched his cheek as Sultanna Tohma smiled at his daughter.

"Peter, I could not overlook your father's actions...but what you have done...well...you did it out of love." Sultanna Tohma told Peter and Prince Alex causing the princess and the former street rat to smile at the sultanna. "And you came back to take responsibility for your actions." Sultanna Tohma then told Peter as Prince Alex layed his head on Peter's shoulder. "Let us put this matter behind us. I believe we have postponed the wedding long enough." Sultanna Tohma then told the group as he walked away from his son and Peter causing Sunny to grin.

"Good call! OK, let's give a big hand...for the wise and generous sultanna! Yeah!" Sunny happily cheered as a large hand escorted the sultanna into the palace just as familiar squawking filled the air as Biyomon fell out of the sky and towards the balcony causing Carpet to catch him.

"Pete's...dad...jewels..." an out of breath Biyomon tried to explain to the group causing a worringly Prince Alex to run over to Carpet who had gently placed Biyomon on the floor. "Just take a deep breath, Biyomon." Prince Alex worringly told Biyomon as he kneeled down, picked up Biyomon and then stood up. "Now, what about Peter's father?" Prince Alex worringly asked the bird as Biyomon calmed down.

"It's Joker--the guy Pete beat--he's not beat. He's back, and he's got Thomas." Biyomon told the group causing Peter to look at Biyomon in shock before he glared at the bird.

"That's his problem. He chose to go back to that life." Peter angerly told Biyomon as he turned away from the poor bird.

"Pete, I know your dad made a lot of bad choices...but that doesn't mean you have to." Sunny softly told Peter as he gently took Biyomon out of the prince's hands. "He is your father." Prince Alex softly told Peter as soon as he walked over to his fiance. "How can you do anything else?" Prince Alex then asked Peter as he placed his hand on Peter's arm after Peter folded his arms over his chest. Knowing that his friends were right, Peter walked over to the edge of the balcony and then looked at the stary night sky. "I'm being as stubborn as he was." Peter sadly told his friends causing them to look at him worringly.

"Show me the way." Peter asked Biyomon as he turned around causing Agu to cheer, Sunny to grin and Biyomon to sigh happily.

+The thieve's ship, sea+

As the sun began to rise in the sky, the thieve's ship finally stopped in front of a beam of light that rose from the ocean and touched the sky causing the thieves minus Joker to look at the light in shock as Thomas gasped in shock not knowing that Peter was on his way.
